stuff I do

Last weekend I went with my mom and dad to Minneapolis to see my Aunt Sarah, Uncle Troy and my cousins Max and Luke. I had a great time!

On Friday night, we went to a wedding. It was way fun, especially since I got to drink pop, which my mom never gives me. First, I just got the end of my cousin Luke's shirley temple...
... and before you know it, all the boys are bringing me drinks. Mom says it's a bad sign of things to come. I don't know what that means.
The next morning we got to go swimming. Remember when I hated swimming? How silly was that! I had such a good time that I kept trying to throw myself out of the arms of whoever was holding me at the time. Then I got crabby. Here we are at breakfast, and everyone was laughing at me. So what if my whole piece of toast was stuck to my bib? That's no reason to laugh! You sure know how to make a girl feel like a jerk!

just a few

Here are a few pics of me hangin' out. My mom's been wicked busy, so here's the best she's got for now.I'm enjoying the last of the great weather. I love to be outside!
So, again, my mom's been busy. Here's an example. She got the Halloween decorations out of the closet, but they sat in the plastic bin. I sat on the plastic bin. That's as good as it got.
I love my winter coat. I wear it around the house with Aunt Trixie's shades and man, do I look cool. You know this.

Fall Fun!

I was playing outside one day when my mom decided it was too cold for me to be playing without a hat (moms are such a drag). She made me put on this lame hat. Oh well, I had fun anyway! Here I am, indulging her. She can get so bent out of shape. But as soon as she turns her head...
I am free! I run away and tear off my hat. I love playing outside! But what can I use this hat for?
I know! I'll use it to clean off the steps. I'm sure Mom won't mind.
Busted! She totally caught me. Too bad I'm totally irresistible to her.
I love playing outside with my mom and dad! Won't you come play with me too?
I know, I know, blog overload. Just this one and one more, and then I promise that I will post them more regularly.I got to go out to lunch with my mom and my aunts Missy and Staci. I love a good seafood lunch.
I will not stay out of the tub. I don't know why anyone would stay out of the tub. I love my ducks and my whales and I would spend all day in the tub if I could!
I think I look a bit like a thug in this pic. Don't mess with me, homie. Word to your mother. Wait, actually, word to my mother. Hi Mom!

I love the pool!

Mom and Dad decided to give this pool business one more try. Holy cow, it's fun! Now you can't keep me out of the water, no matter where we are or what I'm wearing. So Dad's filling the pool, and I'm liking it.
I jumped in, in my clothes Man, the water's cold!
Wanna come in for a dip?
Ta da!
Two days later- back in the pool, this time in my suit. I love it. Too bad it is literally the last day of summer and there will be no more swimming in this pool 'til next year!

Holy buckets!

I am so sorry I haven't written in so long. Man, have I been busy! How 'bout I tell you a little about it?So here I am, just hangin' out in my favorite boots. I think they are so cool and I wear them all the time. They make such a great gallumping noise!
Hey, what's the dealeo, yo?
So, one morning my mom went out to buy me some fall clothes, and my dad stuck me in this tree! When my mom came home, she freaked out! She is so uncool.

These boots are made for... well, everything.

I love my John Deere boots. Today, Mom let me wear them all over, and I had so much fun!One of my new tricks is climbing. When I get to the top of, say, the couch or the trunk in the front hall, I yell until someone comes to look at me. I don't really understand why my mom always has a scared look on her face when she finds me. A new thing I learned is whenever I do something I think is impressive, I put up my arms and say, "ta-da!" and everybody laughs. These people are soooo easy.
The thing I struggle with is getting down. Thanks for the help, Mom. You just keep taking pictures, and I'll just fall down and break my leg. Good parenting.

Sometimes I just get sick of my mom following me around with a camera, so I go in my egg and pull down the shade. My mom still laughs at me, though, because I don't pull my legs up so just my little pink boots stick out the bottom.

This was when I got attacked by my water car. Again, thanks for the help, Mom.
